O2 Employment Services has been meeting the employment needs of North State businesses since the staffing agency opened its doors in the early 1980s. The addition of Teamwork HR in 2001 gave 02 Employment the tools to meet the human resources needs of its growing family of clients.

In 2009, after identifying the need for a completely locally owned and operated staffing and recruiting agency, 02 Staffing was launched. In 2016, Teamwork HR and 02 Staffing were brought together and co-branded under the name 02 Employment Services.

O2 Employment Services specializes in fully outsourced HR and staffing services. Their team of highly qualified and experienced experts cover all aspects of employment needs including high-end recruiting, temporary and temp-to-hire staffing, payroll, workers’ comp, benefits, employee relations and more. They represent more than 600 local businesses and thousands of employees in the North State.

 In addition to the services they provide local employers and employees, O2 is heavily involved in the local community and has been involved with organizations such as Rotary, the Redding Chamber of Commerce, One Safe Place, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, the Redding Rodeo, Think Pink, the Women’s Fund, the Northstate Society for Human Resources Management, Active 20/30 Club, Rise, the Good News Rescue Mission and many more.
